Our people are the key resource within our organisation and we recognise the importance of having a healthy, enthusiastic, competent and committed workforce.

A key to reaching our safety goal is the development and maintenance of effective safety and health management processes. Consultation with all employees is undertaken to maximise each individual’s involvement in promoting a safety conscious workforce. The maintenance of systems to systematically and proactively identify and manage any hazards, monitor performance and manage risk are being developed further to underpin our safety culture.
