Glenn Baldwin

Glenn Baldwin, 38, has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company since September 2010, and has been a member of the boards of directors of CMPL since February 2010 and GMC since April 2010. Glenn was the Group’s Chief Operating Officer from January 2010 until August 2010. Prior to joining the Group, he worked for approximately three years as an Executive Vice President of Gold Fields Limited, an international gold producer with its primary listing on the JSE Limited, in two roles: Head of International Operations and Head of Australasia. In total, Glenn has approximately 20 years’ experience in the mining industry, holding engineering, project management, operational and management positions. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering with Honours from the University of South Australia and currently resides in Jersey. Jackie Callaway

Jackie Callaway, 41, has served as a director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since September 2010 and as Company Secretary of the Group Executive Committee since February 2009. Jackie worked as the Group Financial Controller of Metals Solutions between August 2008 and August 2010. Prior to joining the Group, she worked as Group Controller at Nikanor plc (a mining group listed on the Alternative Investment Market in London which has since merged with Katanga Mining Limited, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange), as well as Chief Financial Officer for Nikanor plc’s operating subsidiary, and as Interim Deputy Financial Controller at Kazakmys plc (a mining company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange). Prior to this, Jackie held a number of roles at Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited, KPMG and Ernst & Young. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with First Class Honours from the University of Waikato in New Zealand and currently resides in Jersey. Steven Bowen

Steven Bowen, 46, has served as a director of the Company since 20 April 2009. Steven is the Managing Director of Standard Bank Offshore Trust Company Jersey Limited and a director of Standard Bank Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited. He has worked in the banking and fiduciary business for over 25 years. Prior to joining Standard Bank, Steven was employed by J.P. Morgan Chase for over 20 years where he held a number of senior roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in financial services, is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and also holds the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners Diploma in International Trust Management. Andreas Marangos

Andreas Marangos, 33, has served as a director of the Company since May 2004 and a member of the board of directors of GMC since April 2007. Andreas is an advocate currently working as head of the corporate and commercial department with Andreas Sofocleous & Co, which he joined in 2000. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law as well as foreign investments in Cyprus, international tax planning and arbitration. He holds a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Luton, is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and currently resides in Cyprus. Vyacheslav Anishchenko

Vyacheslav Anishchenko, 36, has served as a director of the Company since March 2009. Vyacheslav is currently employed as Head of Restructuring and Asset Administration with Metals Solutions in London. He has experience in international trade and financing as well as trade of metal products. Between 2000 and 2008, he held a number of expert positions with PrivatBank, one of Ukraine’s leading commercial banks. Vyacheslav holds an Honors Degree in economy of mining enterprises from the State Mining University of Ukraine and currently resides in the United Kingdom.
